The State of Tennessee is an increasing an alternate trainer certification program often called “Develop Your Personal” that enables people with a bachelor’s diploma to earn a instructing certificates in a single 12 months whereas beneath the supervision of an current classroom trainer.
The Division of Schooling introduced it’s awarding grants totaling $5 million to 5 educator preparation packages as a way to develop this system and speed up the variety of alternatively licensed academics heading into school rooms.
