CLEVELAND, Ohio — The state Constitution requires the Ohio Redistricting Commission to release a proposed congressional redistricting map today. You can listen online here. It apparently is not going to happen, despite what the Constitution says. House Speaker Bob Cupp, a Lima Republican, said during a commission hearing that a map is in the works but is “unlikely” to be introduced today. Every day the commission delays, it reduces the time for the public to review and comment on proposed maps.
